Q: How much does it cost to have the lights installed and taken down?
A: Each property is unique. Installation that we do is customized to the property. Different factors including the size, electrical constraints, complexity and time will determine the cost of the installation. Each proposal is presented with a number of different options and includes installation and take down. 

Q: Are there any hidden charges?
A: Nope. Other companies may try to charge you hidden fees for accessories, removals, etc. The quoted cost is the final cost.

Q: What are my options for light placement?
A: We can put lights on almost everything that has a sufficient power source near by. We can put lights on trees, bushes, fences, cacti, poles, buildings, homes, etc.

Q: When should I schedule my Christmas light installation?
A: The Christmas season is short. The sooner  you schedule your installation the better chance you’ll have to get your lights installed and choose a date that is preferable to you. We install year round but Christmas light scheduling usually begins in October. 

Q: Will you remove my lights as well as install them?
A: Of course.  We are dedicated to providing you with a memorable Holiday display. We will also take care of providing all of the necessary materials, installing lights, and removing the lights after the holiday season. A removal date will be mutually agreed upon.

Q: Do I get to have input on the design process?
A: We encourage the customer to be part of the design process. 

Q: What happens if I have a problem with my lights?
A: We will take all of the necessary measures to prevent any problems with your lights. However, if you do have a problem with your lights, we will correct the problem as soon as possible. 

Q: Will we need to hire an electrician?
A: Most of the time no. However, for larger installations extra power may be necessary.  We will let you know at the  time of your estimate if we believe that extra power is needed.

Q: Can you provide references?
A: Yes, at your request, we will be happy to provide you with a list of past and current  commercial and residential clients.
